Hey, Y'all!
Long time no introduction... or maybe l've never even done an intro of myself! I'm Jacie, Owner of Western|Vogue! I graduated high school one year early in 2019 to start my career in entrepreneurship & got engaged to my high school sweetheart Colby (really middle school for me*). I've always been a hurry up to get to the next stage! Into 2020, I was working for my mom's store "The Punchy Pony" while in college for business management and planning a wedding! When the world shut down in 2020 it postponed my planned May wedding & my husband Colby & I had a private ceremony with immediate family that month & then celebrated our planned wedding in October 2020! So really we have two wedding anniversaries! In January 2021, I made the transition into Western Vogue & we haven't looked back! We had one of our best years creatively, had 3 of my most favorite NFR photoshoots & made our first trip to Cowboy Christmas in Vegas! Going into 2022 as our 2nd year as Western|Vogue I struggled with creativity & just within myself. We made our 2nd trip to Vegas in 2022 & met so many more great faces! 10 days after getting back from Vegas we found out I was pregnant with sweet Josie! I was so excited for what was to come within my own life but nervous for the future of WIV! We started off 2023 really great! Coming off the high of a great trip to a large trade show will really inspire you! As 2023 went on I knew we had to find someone to take my spot in photos as long as I was pregnant! In came Pressley & she has been a blessing for WIV taking over in photos where I couldn't! In August 2023 we lost our IG account right before I was about to give birth! It was so stressful trying to get ready for my first baby & the entire essence of our business was gone! Two days before I gave birth our account was thankfully recovered! WIV has been rocking on since I gave birth but honestly it's been hard! Recovering a postpartum body while running a business that depends on you to fit into cute clothes while also caring for a newborn isn't for the faint of heart! I knew how hard it would be with a baby trying to manage a business but it really is just wild!😝 I’ve just been so blessed to have the girls in my life that help me as much as they do at W|V. These past two years God has taught me so much about life & himself. I’m excited to see where He takes us this year. 🙏🏼🫶🏻
