Merchandise may be returned for a store credit ONLY within 10 days of the delivery date. Please place the packing slip in the package as proof of purchase.
-Items MUST be returned with a packing slip inside.
-If packing slip is lost a note MUST be placed inside stating Name, Order #, & Address or the return will be REJECTED.
-Western Vogue is NOT responsible for making exchanges. As soon as your return is received it will be processed & a store credit will be immediately sent to you. After you receive your store credit you can purchase the size you need or purchase a different item.
-Returned items MUST remain unwashed and unworn, with original tags attached.
-Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned item(s).
-When returning shoes, please place shoe box in another box/bag so original box does not get damaged in the return process. If the shoe box is returned to us damaged a 10% fee will be deducted from your store credit on that item.
-No returns on intimates, earrings, headwear, skincare, lashes, self tanner, sale items, or custom items.
-ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND CAN NOT BE RETURNED. Sale items returned will be REJECTED.
-If your return is rejected you will be notified & you WILL be responsible for shipping costs back to you.
