Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, due to our small business size. Items turn over very quickly + we need to insure we will be able to move the product you are wanting to return. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order invoice or proof of purchase so we can identify the order number and customer name.

Original shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for the shipping and handling costs of the returned or exchanged item(s). 3% restocking fee applies to all returns. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
When returning shoes, please place shoe box in another box/bag so original box does not get damaged in the return process. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items bought with a discount of 30% or more, earrings, headwear, custom items, intimates or gift cards.

STORE CREDIT ONLY
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent out a store credit to the email address used at checkout.
